The livestream production process
In an initial meeting, we discuss your plans, ideas and requirements, offering advice on feasibility and potential conceptual improvements.
During pre-production, we configure the webcast according to your preferences and conduct streaming tests to ensure optimal performance within your network. As your livestreaming service provider, we simultaneously handle all organizational and technical preparations for on-site streaming and live video production. This includes site visits, scheduling, personnel and equipment coordination, and the creation of lower thirds and graphics aligned with your corporate identity.
The day before the event, we set up all streaming and video production equipment at the location of your choice and conduct technical rehearsals. If desired, we can also organize a full dress rehearsal with the entire team.
On the event day, we provide a complete, one-stop solution, including streaming technology, personnel, and a multi-camera production setup with video directing, sound recording, mixing, and lighting.
After the event, we provide you with an on-demand version of your event in any desired format and can also edit the footage in our in-house editing studios upon request.
